Our beautiful garments and accessories have been specially hand crafted by artisans. They are very delicate and should be looked after with the special treatment and love they deserve. With wear some beading and embellishments can come off. This is a natural characteristic and not deemed to be a fault.

Please avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and be cautious wearing elaborate jewellery to avoid fabric pulling.

Dry clean only unless care instructions specify otherwise.

Saheli Ethnic Indian Wear use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 3-4 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical store

For items purchased from our physical store, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items bought from physical stores.

Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders can be returned to our physical store within 14 days of receiving delivery. Products must be in originals condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or issue a store credit.
